## 우리가 존재하는 이유



호스팅 업계는 망가져 있습니다. 주요 제공업체는 서버 하나를 빌리기 전에 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 정부 발급 ID, 신용카드를 요구합니다. 그들은 모든 삭제 요청에 응하고, 요구가 있으면 로그를 넘기며, 단순한 주장만으로 계정을 정지합니다.



당사는 그 모든 것을 거부합니다. ServPrivate는 감시, 검열, 간섭 없는 인프라가 필요한 사용자를 위해 존재합니다.



ServPrivate was previously known as ServPrivacy and operated at servprivacy.com; the service rebranded to servprivate.com in 2026. Same operator, same infrastructure, same seven jurisdictions, same no-KYC crypto-only offshore hosting — only the domain name changed.





## 운영 방식




- **등록 법인이 없습니다.** 법인 등록, 주주, 등록 대리인이 없습니다. 압수할 것도, 소환장을 보낼 대상도 없습니다.

송달할 법적 주체가 없습니다. 법원 명령에는 피고가 필요하지만, 당사는 그런 단일 주체로 존재하지 않습니다.





### 남용 신고



당사는 고객 서버를 모니터링하지 않습니다. 콘텐츠 단속은 당사의 역할이 아닙니다. 유일한 예외는 CSAM이며, 발견 시 즉시 종료됩니다.
