General
01 What is ServPrivate?
Offshore hosting in 7 jurisdictions. VPS and dedicated servers with zero KYC, crypto-only payments, instant automated deploy.
02 Do you require personal information?
No. Zero. No name, email, phone, or ID. Token-based access only. If you need offshore phone verification for other services, check out.
03 Which cryptos are accepted?
20 coins accepted natively: Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20/BEP-20/Solana), USD Coin (USDC, ERC-20), XRP, Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), Toncoin (TON), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polygon (POL), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dash (DASH), Zcash (ZEC), Cosmos (ATOM) and Ethereum Classic (ETC). All payments are fully offshore — no fiat, no KYC.
04 How fast is delivery?
VPS: under 5 minutes. Dedicated: 15-60 minutes depending on config.
05 Which location should I choose?
Depends on your threat model. Iceland and Switzerland for maximum legal protection. Moldova and Russia for lowest cost and western legal immunity. Netherlands for best network peering. For additional privacy, consider using a when connecting to your server.
06 Do you keep logs?
No. Zero traffic, connection, or DNS logs. Full disk encryption everywhere.
07 Are the IPs actually clean? You ignore DMCA — doesn’t that mean dirty IPs?
“DMCA-ignored” refers to legal handling, not network hygiene. Our entire IPv4 pool is checked against 60+ real-time blocklists (Spamhaus, Spamcop, Barracuda, AbuseIPDB, and others) at allocation, then monitored every six hours. If your IP gets listed for traffic that isn’t yours, we swap it free of charge the same day. No legally responsible host has any incentive to hand out dirty IPs — listed addresses degrade the experience for everyone.
Payment & Crypto
01 Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
20 coins accepted natively: Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (ERC-20/TRC-20/BEP-20/Solana), USD Coin (USDC, ERC-20), XRP, Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), Toncoin (TON), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polygon (POL), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dash (DASH), Zcash (ZEC), Cosmos (ATOM) and Ethereum Classic (ETC). No fiat is accepted.
02 Do you accept Monero?
Yes. Monero (XMR) is one of our 20 supported coins — pick it from the dropdown at checkout. Settlement typically completes in 30–60 minutes after the first network confirmation.
03 Are payments refundable?
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable by default. If you experience a verifiable SLA breach, service credits are applied to your account balance.
04 Do you store payment information?
We store only the transaction hash and the amount, for accounting purposes. No wallet addresses are retained longer than needed for the payment flow.
05 Can I pay with a voucher or prepaid card?
Not directly. You can convert a prepaid card to cryptocurrency through a no-KYC service and then pay us in crypto.
Legal & Privacy
01 Do you comply with DMCA takedowns?
Only for jurisdictions where DMCA has legal standing (none of ours). Iceland, Panama, Moldova, Romania, Switzerland and Russia do not enforce DMCA. The Netherlands is EU-based but historically tolerant.
02 What happens if law enforcement requests data?
Requests must go through the jurisdiction where the server physically resides. We publish a monthly warrant canary documenting the absence of secret orders. We cannot provide what we do not collect.
03 Do you keep any logs?
No traffic, connection, or DNS logs at the hypervisor level. The only operational data retained is payment transaction hashes and hardware health metrics (no user-attributable info).
04 Do I need to provide any personal information?
No. Zero personal information required: no email, no name, no phone, no ID. Payment in crypto generates a unique access token that replaces all account credentials.
05 Do GDPR or CCPA apply to my server?
If you host personal data of EU/CA residents, your application has compliance obligations. Our infrastructure does not collect or process personal data, so ServPrivate itself is not a GDPR/CCPA data controller.
Technical
01 What virtualization do you use?
KVM full hardware virtualization — not LXC or OpenVZ containers. Full kernel control, custom ISOs, nested virt, and any Linux/BSD/Windows OS work out of the box.
02 Can I upload a custom ISO?
Yes. VPS and dedicated both support custom ISO upload: Whonix, Qubes (on dedi), pfSense, OpenBSD, custom builds — all supported.
03 Do you offer IPv6?
Yes, an IPv6 /64 is included on every VPS and dedicated server.
04 What is the deployment time?
VPS: under 5 minutes. Dedicated: 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on tier and ISO complexity.
05 How is DDoS protection configured?
L3/L4 DDoS filtering is enabled by default on every plan. For L7 DDoS (application layer), we recommend a Cloudflare-style CDN in front of your service.
Jurisdictions
01 Is Iceland a good location for offshore hosting?
Yes. Iceland has some of the strongest free speech and privacy protections in the world. It is not an EU member, so GDPR does not apply to server-side operations. DMCA requests have no legal basis in Icelandic law.
02 Why is Panama popular for offshore hosting?
Panama has zero data retention requirements and no MLAT with most western nations. This means there is no legal mechanism for most foreign governments to compel Panamanian hosting providers to hand over data.
03 Is Moldova a reliable hosting location?
Yes. While less well-known than Iceland or Switzerland, Moldova offers solid infrastructure with European peering. Its light regulatory environment and low costs make it a strong value proposition for offshore hosting.
04 Is Romania privacy-friendly despite being in the EU?
Yes. Romania's Constitutional Court has struck down data retention laws multiple times, creating strong legal precedent. Hosting providers in Romania are not required to retain user data, making it one of the most privacy-friendly EU members.
05 Why is Swiss hosting more expensive?
Switzerland offers the highest grade of legal protection, political neutrality, and infrastructure quality. Swiss data centers have some of the best uptime and power reliability globally. The premium price reflects the premium protection and performance.
06 Why choose Netherlands for hosting?
The Netherlands offers the best network peering in Europe through AMS-IX. Sub-10ms latency to most of Western Europe, excellent bandwidth capacity, and a historically tolerant hosting environment.
07 Can US or EU authorities take down content on Russian servers?
No. DMCA, EU court orders, and US subpoenas have no legal standing in Russia. Russian hosting providers have no obligation to comply with western legal processes.
Solutions
01 Is no-KYC hosting legal?
Yes, in every jurisdiction where we operate. Hosting providers are generally not legally required to collect customer identity (unlike banks or telecoms). Some countries impose such requirements, which is precisely why we do not operate in them.
02 Does "DMCA ignored" mean you allow piracy?
It means we do not act on US DMCA notices. What you host is your responsibility under the local law of your chosen jurisdiction. We do not audit content proactively except for universal red lines (CSAM, active malware, phishing).
03 Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, Solana), USD Coin (USDC, ERC-20), XRP, Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), Toncoin (TON), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polygon (POL), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dash (DASH), Zcash (ZEC), Cosmos (ATOM) and Ethereum Classic (ETC). Lightning is on the roadmap but not yet supported.
04 Is offshore hosting legal?
Yes, globally. Renting infrastructure in a foreign country is entirely legal in every democratic jurisdiction. The legality of what you host on it is determined by the law of the hosting country — not your residence country, not US federal law.
05 How can I be sure you actually collect nothing?
Read our Privacy Policy — it is a technical document listing every data collection point (we have zero). Our signup flow is inspectable: no hidden analytics, no third-party script. You can monitor your own traffic to verify we make no unexpected calls.
06 Do I really not need to provide an email?
Correct. The signup form has no email field, no phone field, and no captcha that phones home. You are issued a 32-byte session token at order time — that is the only credential we will ever ask you for. We cannot send you a password-reset link because there is no email on file to send it to.
07 Is the GPU shared with other customers?
No. Each GPU plan delivers full PCIe (consumer cards) or SXM5 (datacenter cards) passthrough into a single KVM guest. There is no MIG slicing, no time-slicing, no multi-tenant scheduler. The card is yours for the duration of the rental.
08 Is Monero acceptance "real" or routed through BitPay?
Real. We run our own Monero daemon and wallet-RPC. The address you pay is one of our own sub-addresses, freshly generated per order. No BitPay, NowPayments, CoinGate, or any other centralized XMR gateway is involved.
09 Do you log prompts or model outputs?
No. The GPU box is your KVM guest. We do not proxy your inference traffic, mirror it, sample it, or forward prompt or completion content anywhere. The only logs we keep are at the network level (bandwidth counters) and hypervisor level (uptime, GPU power draw).
