Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

ServPrivate provides offshore VPS and dedicated server hosting. We are not a registered company — no legal entity, no incorporation, no jurisdiction, no registered agent. By using our services, you acknowledge you are dealing with an offshore operator.

2. No Identity Required

We don't require any personal information. No name, email, phone, or ID. Your account is identified solely by a randomly generated access token. Lose it, and it's gone — no recovery possible.

3. Payment

• Cryptocurrency only: 20 coins accepted (BTC, XMR, ETH, USDT, USDC, XRP, LTC, SOL, TRX, TON, DOGE, POL, BCH, DASH, ZEC, ATOM, ETC)
• Prices in USD, converted at current market rate
• Services activate on blockchain confirmation
• Send the exact amount — unique per transaction
• 60-minute payment window per order

4. Acceptable Use

We don't monitor your servers. Your server, your business. We accept all content, all use cases, without exception — except one:

DDoS originating from our network and mass spam may be null-routed to protect infrastructure — not for content reasons, but to maintain service quality for all customers.

• No logs stored (traffic, connection, DNS, activity)
• No personal data stored
• No legal entity to serve court orders to
• Full disk encryption on all infrastructure
• Cannot link servers to identities

7. SLA

99.9% monthly uptime target. Credits for downtime within our control:

• 99.0–99.9%: 10% credit
• 95.0–99.0%: 25% credit
• Below 95.0%: 50% credit

8. Refunds

• Refund only if we fail to deliver the service
• Issued in original cryptocurrency
• No refunds for change of mind or unused time
• No refund on CSAM termination

9. Termination

Services expire at end of billing period. No auto-renewal. We terminate only for CSAM or severe network abuse. We do not terminate based on content complaints, DMCA, or external legal pressure.

10. Liability

Services provided "as is". Not liable for data loss, interruptions, or breaches. Total liability limited to current billing period amount. You accept full responsibility for what you host.
